Lifelong learning
Thanks to lifelong learning, participants supplement, deepen, renew or expand their professional (necessary for their profession) and occupational knowledge, skills and qualifications and thus significantly strengthen not only their position on the labour market, but also the knowledge potential of their employer. The Meet 2 Grow association, in cooperation with partner schools, provides a complete service aimed at the preparation and implementation of training activities optimised for the needs of a specific organisation.
Flexible forms of employment
While in Western Europe flexible working arrangements are a common part of the labour market offer, in the Czech Republic their use is still in its infancy, so to speak. Since these forms of employment can significantly help specific groups of people who find it difficult to find employment in traditional conditions (for example, mothers with small children, older workers or disabled people), we are trying to create conditions for their use, including training of managers and workers, consulting and outsourcing.
Professional counselling
We specialize in the professional identification of personality strengths and weaknesses as a basis for the candidate's decision on the optimal job. We connect the academic and business spheres. We facilitate the introduction and use of flexible forms of work. We promote entrepreneurship, innovation and competitiveness.
Internships
Based on an interview and your interests, we will arrange a work placement with the possibility of employment. An internship is an ideal opportunity to gain much needed practical work experience, especially for students, graduates, but also for parents on parental leave and other job seekers.
Media services
We help to communicate with the target groups we know best - students, academic and professional staff, school managers, as well as school founders and operators. Meet 2 Grow Media Services uses the knowledge, experience and contacts of Meet 2 Grow.
Online solutions and services
We offer the non-profit sector a comprehensive service in the implementation of online presentation and communication. In cooperation with partner companies, schools and students, we provide the necessary service and advice, or help in designing an online strategy and its implementation.
Soft and managerial skills
As part of lifelong learning, Meet 2 Grow implements soft and managerial skills training activities. Participants thus significantly strengthen not only their position on the labour market, but also their knowledge potential for their employer. The Meet 2 Grow association provides a complete service focused on the preparation and implementation of training activities optimized for the needs of a specific organization.
Creation and editing of texts
Take advantage of the knowledge and experience of Meet 2 Grow employees in the field of copywriting. We offer support and assistance to the non-profit sector in preparing a communication strategy, creating and editing texts and other activities necessary to ensure perfect communication of your projects or services.
Opinion polls
We carry out our own and commissioned opinion surveys aimed at students (of universities, colleges and secondary schools), pedagogical and professional staff of schools, as well as managers and representatives of school operators. In cooperation with schools and educational institutions, we also prepare documents for decision-making processes or argumentation.
Interpreting services
We provide a wide range of professional interpreting services from direct interpreting to written correspondence in Czech. Our interpreter will accompany you to the doctor, provide assistance in negotiations at the bank or health insurance company and at the authorities. Our tutors lead conversation clubs, for acquiring language skills and making new friends.
We do not forget about the deaf, as Ukrainian sign language is different from Czech. We organize adaptive Czech sign language courses.
Internships

Help with accommodation
We will help you find your way around the real estate market in the Czech Republic. We will provide maximum support in finding suitable accommodation, accompany you on a tour of your new apartment/house, provide translation services and help with the necessary administration.
Psychotherapist support
We offer the support and guidance of an experienced therapist for both you and your children to overcome difficult beginnings and deal with difficult experiences.
For children
We can help you find a primary school and a suitable secondary school (depending on your child's interests and needs) and deal with the associated paperwork. Our tutors with experience with children offer tutoring in Czech language and other subjects. We help you to integrate into a peer group.
