By the end of 2015, we plan to implement our Career Restart project - supporting people over 50 years old to extend their working lives. This project will be financed by the European Social Fund and the state budget of the Czech Republic.
The project is designed to help people 50+ who are faltering and struggling in their working lives at this challenging time. We plan to meet these employees with HR specialists from different companies to ensure awareness of the possible risks of situations related to job changes. We are also preparing training courses for employees 50+ to help prepare them for these challenging situations. The individual courses will complement the necessary knowledge and skills in several areas and the employee will gain the know-how that will enable them to change jobs without difficulty and easily make a career restart.
